Can you work outside our trading hours?

Yes, overnight, early morning or weekend work is common for commercial jobs, we’ll agree a schedule that fits around when you’re actually open.

Do you work in occupied premises, with customers or patients present?

Yes, where the job allows it we work cleanly and discreetly around staff and visitors, otherwise we schedule the work for when the premises are closed.

Can you provide a written quote for our procurement process?

Yes, every quotation is provided in writing with a fixed price and a clear specification, suitable for internal approval or budgeting.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance contracts, not just one-off jobs?

Yes, several of our commercial relationships are rolling arrangements rather than single projects, one point of contact for the whole premises.

Are you VAT registered?
