Excellent standard of work all round, and some helpful (and patient) advice on choosing colours!

Superb professional job from start to finish. Doesn’t slope off at 4pm like other decorators I’ve used in the past. Stays to get the job done in a timely fashion causing minimal inconvenience to myself and other tenants.

Very pleased with the result

We recently had a large loft converted which Richard and his guys painted and decorated from scratch, even advising on colour schemes. The building work inevitably had also lead to damage to existing bedrooms, landing and stairs. Richard did an excellent job in painting and decorating as well as repairing doors, cracks and paintwork in the existing parts of the house. He also had to replace some of the old timber on the outside of the house and it now looks amazing! Richard and the guys who work with him are all totally professional and I recommend them 100%!

High standard of work. Overall very happy

Excellent quality of work, very tidy, arrived on time, good communication. Highly recommended

Richard did a superb job of painting and redecorating our entire renovation and we couldn’t be happier with the final results. He is such a professional – yet super friendly chap (especially whilst juggling painting the different layers in the right sequential order (so that we could still use our facilities when needed) whilst my family and I were pottering around, and even kindly helped us out with other improvements (he didn’t charge for) and when he could see us struggling whilst moving items back into the home. I thoroughly recommend Imperial for all of your home improvement needs.

I am very pleased with the work that Imperial Property has completed. Professional, affordable and adaptable. Completed the work to a high standard, on time, on budget. Would definitely use again.

Richard and his team were excellent, from attending to arrange a quote to completion. We talked through what was needed and revived a detailed quote. The work was of a high standard and completed as planned. The property looks amazing. Thank you.

Richard has done an excellent job. I wanted a top quality finish and that is exactly what Richard has achieved. He was very punctual, and was clean and tidy. I would highly recommed.

Rich is an absolute star! He’s done a number of jobs for us and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him! A legend and a lovely guy!

Richard has carried out numerous jobs around our house over the last seven years, internally and externally. His work never fails to impress. On my recommendation he has worked on several of my neighbouring properties with similar results. He remains our go-to man for property maintenance.
